The Salsa on2 / International Cha Cha Bootcamp agenda includes:
07:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Intro to Salsa on2 (Timing and rhythm, mixed with NY style)
Teacher: Jason Ramos
Learn the fundamentals of Salsa on2. This includes fundamental steps, partnerwork, timing, rhythm, plus related culture and history. Additionally, learn how to navigate the confusion in the Salsa dance community regarding what on2, on1, Mambo, Palladium, and NY style actually are.
08:00 PM - 09:00 PM
Salsa Styling ( Unisex )
Teacher: Amanda Duvall
Learn arm styling, footwork and body movement drills focused on developing fluidity, musicality and dynamic range. Content will be incorporated into a musical choreography for practice.
09:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Internation Cha Cha Partnerwork (Progressive)
Teacher: Amanda Duvall & Jason Ramos
Learn lead and follow concepts focused on key International Latin ballroom movements. Traditional Cha Cha Cha aspects will also be included to create dynamic moments and a holistic style. Content will be incorporated into a musical sequence for practice. Class will be taught in a progressive manner up to intermediate level.

Salsa on2 / Cha Cha Dance Social
DJ: Baila Con Gusto
Free to class participants and the public.
Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks, and change of clothes. Beverages and snacks will be available.
You will receive top notch friendly service and instruction from dedicated professionals in a focused and fun envorinment.

Jason has several years of performance and teaching experience.
Some of his past collaborations include Night Fall, Ballet Theatre Company, Hartford Stage, Justice Dance Performance Project, The Yale Schwarzman Center, Dirk Heidemman Ballroom Dance Studio, Orquesta Afinke, Latin Heartbeat Orchestra, Riverfront Dance Festival, and The International Festival of Arts and Ideas.
Want to join the bootcamp but may come late?
That's okay! Sometimes time flies by when you're busy living life. Join the class that is most convenient for you.
Bundling is recommended for best experience, but all guests can pay for individual classes in person.
If you prepaid, just present receipt on your phone and you are all set!
The dance instructor/ host can accommodate and include all guests as they arrive.

This event is meant for adults looking for a fun and friendly space to explore Salsa on2 and Cha Cha Cha dance.
Throughout the event there will be opportunities to ask questions, get hands on assistance, and also make some new friends also focused on trasnforming their latin dancing!
